Description:
1. The CNC spherical grinding machine developed by our company has remarkable quality.The configuration of this machine is artistic and elegant.We update and improve our products according to the proposals from our customers on and on.Within a long history of our customers’ feedback,this machine has grown into a high-efficiency,stable and precision spherical grinding machine.
2. The guide way adopts box way type to be designed.It is handled by supersound quenching process,which prolongs the working life and enhances the mechanical property.In order to decrease the friction coefficient of machinery to minimum and ensure the stabilization of the machining accuracy,the plate sliding contact surfaces are plastic coated（teflon）.
3. The castings not easily distort,stand wear and tear and have stable property by artificial aging treatment.
4. The CNC control system is adopted so it has a high level of automation and one worker could control more machines.Products quality and working efficiency could be improved.
5. The main spherical material could be processed：A105、2Cr13、304、304L、316、316L、ENP（chemical nickel-plating）、Chrome Plating（hard chrome）、Tungsten Carbide（wolfram carbide）、ceramic sphere.
6. The machine could apply to grinding sphere on a large scale in valve industry.
